Background
Atalanta Weller originates from Gloucestershire, England and studied at the prestigious Cordwainers at the London College of Fashion. She worked with House of Holland, Sinah-Stanic and Gareth Pugh. Before that she also worked for John Richmond, Hugo Boss and Clarks. Her designe signature is very much: "Bold, graphic, retro futurism, with a sexy twist!" Atalanta designs for "the strong, independent thinking woman who likes to look fabulous and feel amazing in what she wears on her feet."
Inspiration
For SS12 Atalanta Weller continues to build her profile as one of London's most exciting shoe designers.
Weller's SS12 collection mixes the fresh faced colour palette of simple fishing boats with the structural majesty of ocean liners. Colours include washed orangey reds, marine blues and mahogany shine with beautifully lacquered heels and signature wing tipped wedges.
