Delivery Options

We are committed to sending your orders anywhere in the world and will do our utmost to ensure that we do this in the quickest, safest and most cost effective manner at all times.

Our delivery options can be found here. Please note that all deliveries must be signed for on arrival.

UK Customers

• Standard UK and Eire delivery (2-5 days) cost is £5.00
• Next Day UK/Eire delivery cost is £7.50 - orders must be received by 1.30pm on the preceding day.
• Please note that next day delivery does not include Saturday or Sunday. We are temporarily unable to accept next day orders between 1.30pm on Thursday and 1.30pm on Friday; we apologise for this. Orders placed on Friday before 1.30pm using the Next Day option will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed between 1.30pm Friday and 1.30pm Monday using the Next Day option will be delivered Tuesday.
• All UK deliveries will be via DHL fully tracked delivery service. All delivery tracking details will be notified via email and/or SMS (if mobile telephone number provided). DHL features include: 1 hour delivery time slot, change the date of delivery, leave with a nominated neighbour, collect from your local DHL depot, full delivery details including the name of the driver and the position of your parcel in the delivery queue.

International Customers

• All International orders will be dispatched by DHL details will be notified in the confirmation of despatch email.
• Delivery to European Union Zone 1 is £30. Delivery to EU Zone 2 is £35. All orders to the EU are sent Delivery Duty Paid and are subject to a minimum order value of £200.
• Delivery to USA is £25.
• Delivery to Europe £20
• International Delivery to the Rest of the World £35 (surcharges may apply to some delivery destinations)
• Delivery to the Russian Federation, Ukraine and India may be subject to a surcharge which will be advised and invoiced prior to despatch. Orders will be despatched when payment of the surcharge has been made. 
• International orders will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) You will be liable for payment of any relevant import taxes and duties.
  Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival
• We advise that tax and duties may not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items
• Please note that you will be liable for any costs incurred as a result of non-delivery and/or return to Young British Designers.
• We aim to speed your order to you as quickly as we can, however please be aware that you should allow between 2 and 7 working days from despatch.

General

• Customers may be subject to standard fraud prevention checks.
• A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.
• We are currently unable to deliver a PO box or freight forwarding address.

• - For customers placing an order from Hong Kong VAT will be deducted from your order during checkout
• Please note that currency conversions on youngbritishdesigners.com are calculated at +5% of the current mid-market rate. Customers may also incur currency conversion charges directly from their bank/credit card company which are outside of our control.
