THE SCRUNCHY DRESS by Phoebe English. Exquisitely tailored draped midi dress which is cut with a zero waste pattern-cutting technique in reclaimed black polyester. Dress is a relaxed fit with asymmetric 'scrunch' detailing to front, layered hemline and three-quarter length sleeves. Dress fastens at the back with a single codelite button.
