TURN OVER SHIRT DRESS. White by Phoebe English. Flowing softly structured midi dress created consciously from reclaimed white linen and cotton with minimal waste in fabric and pattern cutting. Dress features: uniquely cut open shirt collar, wide fold detailing to elbow length sleeves, minimal waste banded body with fold offset detail to front. Simply slips on over head.
