"WEN PAN AW20 brings an image of quietness in chaos, and celebrates the romance found in traces of human activities. What we found most beautiful in a crowded flower market was the road when the market finished. When stalls and people left, there were always petals, cut stems smashed on the road, into the water, which formed a raw romance in a random way. Smashed flowers are shown as our own prints on cotton sheer, contrasting with textured and coated cotton, which refers to wet rough roads." The Wen Pan Cracked Trench represents beautiful and considered calm in the storm.

CRACKED CAPE TRENCH with Flowers by Wen Pan. Signature oversized cracked cape trench coat created in a natural ivory coated cotton with floral wrap detailing. Coat features: double button through front, long sleeves with adjustable wrist buckle detail, side pockets, optional large wrap floral cotton scarf which can be draped externally, faded ivory floral to one side of rear and contrast overstitching throughout. Comprises: 85% Cotton, 8% Linen, 7% Rayon. Dry clean only. Designed in the Wen Pan London studio. Wen Pan at www.youngbritishdesigners.com
