Oh we do love a very small bag. It has that air of insouciance, nonchalance that we always aspire to. And the happy-go-lucky bright poppy red hue had us as soon as we pulled it from its dust bag.

MINI POP BAG. Poppy by Kate Sheridan. The baby of the classic Pop Bag range this delightful mini bag is created in a bright Poppy Orangey Red dusty Italian tumbled leather*. The bag is unlined with the signature single brass Sam Brown popper closure and sits comfortably on the shoulder or across the body with its long, slim and adjustable strap. Comprises: 100% Italian leather. Designed in the Kate Sheridan East London studio, made in England. Kate Sheridan at www.youngbritishdesigners.com Made from vegetable tanned leather, a natural material that will age with time and wear to create a beautiful patina. This is due to the natural process of dying using plant based tannins, rather than harmful chemicals. Lighter and brighter colours will darken slightly as a part of this process. Please note darker colours may transfer onto light colours. Vegetable tanned leather is full of character and depending on which part of the skin a bag is cut from, each one will be slightly different in texture, and beautifully unique. We recommend keeping your bag looking fresh by occasionally treating it with leather food, to moisturise and protect.
